One day when I was completely tired of being constantly working, I questioned myself “What do Japanese women do to have flawless porcelain skin and slim, toned figures?” I was able to discover their ritual of drinking water on an empty stomach soon after waking up from the bed.

As per the various studies which have been in progress, this simple practice of drinking water has brought positive results for health conditions. I am eagerly sharing my experience with the readers today as I gave it a try for the practice.

How did I gain such a lot of benefits from drinking water early in the morning?

Do follow these steps to be more energetic throughout the day:

  • Keep in mind to drink about four glasses of water soon before you brush your teeth early in the morning. Try to drink less than four glasses if it sounds difficult for you at the beginning. But, start to increase the amount you drink day by day.
  • Remain with an empty stomach for another 45 minutes.
  • After 45 minutes you may eat and drink as normal.
  • Never eat anything for 2 hours after breakfast, lunch and dinner.

How long will it take for you to see the results?

  • People with gastritis and constipation: allow 10 days
  • Hypertension or Diabetes patients: allow 30 days.
  • TB patients: allow 90 days.
